Shipping & Delivery

Every Jashan Jewels order is hand-checked, wrapped in our signature pouch and dispatched from Lahore.

Delivery charges

• Free delivery on all orders above Rs.2,000.
• Orders below Rs.2,000 carry a flat delivery fee of Rs.200.

Delivery time

• Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days.
• Delivery takes 3-5 working days for major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad) and 4-7 working days for other areas of Pakistan.
• During sale seasons or public holidays, delivery may take 1-2 extra days.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Pakistan. Please keep the exact amount ready; our courier partner will collect payment at your doorstep.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email or WhatsApp. You can also message us anytime at +92 322 1401695 for an update.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, reshipping charges apply.
