7-Day Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Jashan Jewels piece. If something isn't right, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Conditions
- The item must be unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be exchanged if unworn and in original condition.
- Items damaged in transit must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the parcel and product.
How to request a return
Message us on WhatsApp at +92 322 1401695 or email jeweljashan@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item. We respond within 24 hours.
Refunds
- Exchanges: once we receive and inspect the item, we ship your replacement free of charge.
- Refunds: prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 working days after inspection. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa.
- Original delivery charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Non-returnable items
Custom or personalised pieces and items marked final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
